Digital Transformation for MOL: BPM Automat Solution: May 2021
MOL aims to procure the services of a contractor to fully analyze requirements, design, develop, implement, operate and support an end-to-end turnkey information technology Solution in term of provision fully fledge Digitalized Labor Sector Platform (DLSA) that support all business operations within LABSEC.
The in-scope work will also include the solution phased transition from the current silos in house developed applications, data conversion, as while as building capability within MOL-ISD development/operation teams on developing, maintaining and extending developed solution, support and operate the solution as well as Solution operations training for end-users and administrators. The deployed Solution is to be developed in a manner that facilitates Solution changes and enhancements.
The main target from adopting the new platform is to reach the “Optimized Core” Stage. Our solution will be fully aligned with this main strategic goal where we will explain the proposed approach to achieve it.
