Business Processes Automated Solution:
SJC aims to implement a Business Process solution to automate 40 of their business processes as an on-premise application that will enable and assist the vision of the digital workplace and workforce. Such solution is intended to automate the business process workflows and to manage documents (both structured and unstructured) to be used inside the organization. To implement an integrated platform that allow SJC’s users to work on all tasks assigned to them in one single application. The solution will be integrated with several application which prevent the user to do multiple logins with different applications. Furthermore, the automation application should provide a detailed information about the history of the operation performed on the application. The user interface will be flexible and mobile enabled.
The solution provided the ability to get the status about any business process transaction in addition to get the audit trail/history related to it. The solution will facilitate for future innovations by leveraging of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence AI. AI should deliver intelligence from both structured and unstructured content within the SJC landscape.
